Elementary students visited Pink Out stations for extra pink flare

Pink Out is an annual tradition at Lincoln Charter School. This event provides an opportunity for the Lincoln Charter School community to come together to not only raise awareness about breast cancer but raise money as well.

This year, all proceeds from Pink Out will be going towards the non-profit, GoJenGo. This organization provides financial support to women and men fighting breast cancer in the greater Charlotte area. Proceeds will be donated in honor of Denver campus Kindergarten teacher, Nicole David, who is currently fighting breast cancer.

Families and staff preordered Pink Out bundles that included hot pink masks, and students had the opportunity to have their hair sprayed pink by our upperclassmen, or purchase pink swag.
